St. John’s is committed to providing a vibrant Gospel ministry to the young adults and families of our congregation–and to friends in the community as well.

Pastor Justin will be working closely with young adults and families (college-age students through about age 40) in ways that bring the love and truth of God in Jesus Christ to the lives of his people.  What the shape of all this will be is still to be revealed, but our young adults and families can expect to walk together with Christ in fellowship, Christian growth, service and good times.  Any number of things, like small group studies to big group events, community service to social events, are possible.

Please take time to be involved, knowing that you are always welcome and that by this ministry the Lord will bless you.

All young adults and families are invited to gather for a summer movie series—now being held at the church!  The next event will be on Friday, July 23 beginning at 5:30pm.

We will have a cookout, craft for the kids, devotion and a movie that builds on the devotion’s theme. July’s theme is forgiveness and we will watch the movie How To Train Your Dragon.  Hot dogs, brats, and burgers will be provided along with popcorn for the movie! Everyone is asked to bring their own drinks and dish to share. Parents are welcome to watch the movie with their kids or they can enjoy time together in a different area.

The final movie of the series will be on August 27.  Contact Pastor Justin if you plan to attend or have questions.  Email him at
