A support group at St. John’s to help you move through the grief process
Our St. John’s GriefShare support group will be a safe, welcoming place where we learn to better understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group (note: participation at each session is at your discretion), we’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll personally learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Group begins Wednesday, June 11, 7:00-8:30 at St. John’s.
*Please note all: materials are part of the group sessions, and St. John’s will provide you a participant guide. Please let the office know (507-533-4420) or Dave E (dce@stjohnsandweecare) if you are interested in joining us.
There is a helpful book to guide us
Your participant guide serves as a road map on your grief journey. This book helps you process your emotions and experiences and cope with the loss. You’ll apply what you’ve heard in the group and gain tools to deal with complicated grief.
