All men are invited to participate in the Men’s Group.  It usually meets once a month (the third Monday at 7pm) to discuss topics of interest to Christian men.  Very often the group uses materials provided by Lutheran Hour Ministries to supplement the discussion.  The setting is relaxed and informal, but thought-provoking and spiritually enriching.  Our Director of Christian Education, Dave Erickson, leads the group.

MEN’S GROUP will be meeting on Monday, February 19th at 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall. They are currently going through the Gospel of Mark in light of the notion of “patient urgency” – talking to others about Jesus. Spiritual conversations about Jesus are important for sharing the Good News. Getting to know someone else often requires patient listening; this helps build openness and trust. In Nurturing Your Faith: Meet Them Where They Are, we see how Jesus’ patient-urgent model of interaction opens doors to fruitful communication.

–MEN’S GROUP BREAKFAST will be served on Saturday, February 24th at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.
